Ankh teaching shamanism

Ankh has been training and practising on the spiritual path since 2013. In 2025 she start studying with Sandra Ingerman, expert teacher and wise elder of the worldwide shamanic community.

Ankh delves deeper into psychology and therapy themes at only 14 years old, then gets initiated into the path through psychedelic therapy at 15.
She keeps walking to this day.

She deepens the relationship with various psychedelic methods and starts learning integrative tools.
Over the years, Ankh achieved her Reiki Master by studying with teachers from the Reiki International School.
She becomes a practitioner of Quantum medicine, Kinesiology and Quantum point.

She travels to the rainforest to deepen her understanding of plant medicine and learns about cross-cultural shamanism. She studies with native and European teachers alike.

She becomes a Sweatlodge practitioner and a Shamanic Practitioner; she also studies dreamtime and natural intelligence.

Since 2022, she goes regularly to the Amazon Rainforest to spend time with native shamans and learn from their ancient knowledge.

She also trained in shamanic healing with Roel Crabbè, Fotoula Adrimi and Juniper Stokes, going over the practitioner training again under the Ingerman tradition.

In 2025, she starts her teacher training with Sandra Ingerman, former educational director of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and award-winning author of multiple books.

Ankh still keeps in secret the CDs her grandma gave to her for meditating when she was just a kid.
She is now the leading lecturer and founder of ISHA.

Across Ankh’s journey, there have been many other ceremonies, rituals and initiations to dive deeper into the dance with Spirit and Great Mistery;
Her knowledge is now available to you.

in the arts

Ankh’s passion for art was established early on when she saw the potential in every media she came in contact with; she still dances in that exploration: ceramics and sculpture, painting, photography, filmmaking, watercolour, woodwork, artisanal crafting, writing etc.

Her main attunement is to channel spirit in creation, narrate the shamanic way of life through art or use her skills to create objects of power for ceremony and healing.

She has attended Edinburgh College in Creative Media, where she studied filmmaking with Damien Swarbrick; she also worked as a professional photographer and videographer.

She has been a self-learner and equally studied with many teachers, including ceramist Nevenka Martinello, potter Andy Lang, and watercolour artist Diana Kristin Bechmann.

the Approach

Ankh has a compassionate and direct approach.
Her key values are authenticity, clarity, truth, heart and being genuine.
She believes with willingness, everything is absolutely possible. She sustains that she, and many others, are the living proof.
She steers people in the opposite direction of building the ego, or working from it.

time to fly

The connection with the winged ones is a common thread and ally in my journey.
The spirit of the Swan, its grace and love, its fierceness;
The spirit of the Condor, visionary, soaring high, with wide sight;
The spirit of Butterfly, with its transformation and deep creative power,

All of them reflecting a different aspect of the soul’s flight and taking a leap of faith.
A journey, an initiation and a deeper understanding so we can collectively learn to open our wings and fly.
