your tailored ceremony experience
Ceremony is an ancient tool that has long nurtured both individual and collective growth, though much of its value has faded in Western culture. It is the perfect gateway to connect with spirit as a community and tribe.
Ancestral shamanic ways and modern therapeutic practices are woven to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of today’s clients.
Each ceremony is a unique and co-created by guide and participant. Together, we help to determine clear intentions, shape the ceremonial space, and support the integration to receive the maximum benefit from your experience.
Read below to explore what a ceremony involves, whether it may suit you, your partner, family, or group, and to find answers to common questions.
Every ceremony is a unique weaving of client, Spirit and space holder. I work closely with every person to help determine their intentions, create the proper ceremony environment, and help support the integration process.

the power of ceremony
And why would i choose one?
A ceremony is an intentionally crafted space for deep transformation. It unfolds through an opening, a guided experience, and a closing. For millennia, humans have used ceremonies of many forms to inspire change within themselves, their communities, and the world around them.
There are many reasons for a ceremony:
Rites of passage for transition:
From Adolescents to Adult
From Adult to Elder
To Parenthood or Grand-Parenthood
To a New Community Role
To heal from past traumas - whether they are big or small.
To deepen into your spiritual connection and self.
To honor the land, an ancestor, or any other being.
To honor a commitment.
For any other reason you can think of!
What can you expect from a ceremony?
Each ceremony is unique. Your intentions, mindset, and life story shape what unfolds, while the intuitive nature of the work reveals what most needs attention.
Before your ceremony, we’ll meet for Prep Sessions to:
Clarify your intentions
Explore grounding exercises
Begin a heartfelt dialogue
Plan key elements of your ceremony
During the ceremony, I weave ancient and modern practices rooted in my Celtic ancestry, connection with the land, and Western therapeutic training. These may include somatic processing, parts work, emotional regulation, and inquiry-based approaches.
Together, we will:
Create a sacred altar and open the Four Directions
Work with Fire, Water, Stones, and Air for grounding and preparation
Find the right dosage or focus for your intentions
Engage in somatic and inquiry practices for reflection and healing
Explore spiritual and energetic work for deeper understanding
You can expect:
Kind, compassionate, trauma-informed guidance
A focus on physical and emotional safety
Support through challenging moments
Insight into personal patterns and healing themes
Spiritual guidance through music, inquiry, and ceremony
Live music to deepen the energetic experience
Post-ceremony coaching and integration support
Individual
Choosing an individual ceremony invites deep self-exploration with dedicated guidance and care. You’ll receive one-to-one support throughout the ceremony, along with personalized preparation and integration sessions. This option suits first-time journeyers, experienced participants seeking a deeper dive, and those navigating complex or sensitive challenges.
couples
A couples ceremony supports healing and deepening for both individuals and the relationship itself. Together, we bring awareness to patterns of communication, trust, and behavior, while gently addressing the underlying wounds beneath them. Beyond resolving challenges, we cultivate a shared sense of spirituality and connection. This option is ideal for couples who feel stuck, have explored therapy, and are ready to rediscover their path together.
groups
Small group ceremonies are designed for experienced journeyers seeking deeper exploration within a supportive collective. While less personalized than individual work, these ceremonies harness the power of community and shared intention. Guided with care and assisted by dedicated helpers, each participant receives the support they need. You may gather your own group or join an upcoming scheduled ceremony.
families
When a family chooses to heal together, the transformation can be life-changing. Though we share only a brief time with those who come before and after us, healing as one can make our journeys together more meaningful.
This offering is for groups of two or more, as family takes many forms; parents and children, stepfamilies, or several generations coming together with the desire to reach their souls together in the place of love.
