REIKI Level 1

We meet in the morning and get to know each other, and what brings us here.
We dive deep into the history of Reiki, its meaning, Mikao Usui, energy work, and how to distinguish between Reiki and other forms of energy

By the first lunch break, you will already have your first attunement!

After the lunch break, you will be doing more practical work and focus on the 2nd attunement, its meaning, self-treatments; you will proceed to the 3rd and learn about chakras, quick treatments, and localised pains.
We’ll also discuss how to approach different demographics like kids, the elderly, animals (dogs and cats), plants, water, and even food. We'll look at the Reiki principles left to us by Mikao Usui.

Then time will be for your 4th attunement, and you're energetically coherent enough to perform Reiki treatments. At this point, you are ready to be a Reiki 1 practitioner, and all that remains is to practice with your family or friends.

You will be given homework and cast studies to submit; Depending on the circumstances, a group practice or Reiki circle will be provided to facilitate this.
Upon completion of the case studies, you will receive the Level 1 Reiki Diploma issued by ISHA - International Shamanic Holistic Academy!
This proves that you have received the 4 Reiki attunements and can therefore perform Reiki treatments on others.

The second level of Reiki is considered the mental level and the more grounded level of practice for others.

The most common practice is to empower participants with a single energetic attunement, through which they receive the three Reiki symbols pertinent to this level.

The three Usui Reiki symbols are imprinted on your body and yet you’ll be trained to trace them with your third eye too.

The 2nd level Reiki symbols are three:

Cho Ku Rei (直霊) - “Place or focus the power/energy of the Universe here”

Sei He Ki (聖・偏・氣) - "The key to the Universe" with the multiple meanings of God and man/humanity become one" or "Earth and sky meet".

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen (本者是正念) – “My energy contacts your energy” or “ No time, no space”

You will learn about purifying the home, rooms, water, food, and objects, and treating people who are unconscious, and what to do if they can’t express their consent.

You will learn to communicate with the unconscious to create change. I.E. to quitting smoking, becoming consistent, eating healthier, motivating people, overcoming shyness, boosting self-esteem, or to make any personal, emotional, or work-related decision that one lacks the strength to undertake at present.

Change is difficult for every being but especially humans;

Furthermore, with the second level of Usui Reiki, it is possible to send healing energy and love remotely, even to people who are not close to us but who need help at a particular time.

You can find yourself supporting someone who is unwell, someone who is about to travel, have a job interview, or a doctor appointment.

It is also possible to send energy to a cause close to your heart, such as world peace, helping an endangered species of animal, helping suffering children, dogs in shelters, animals on farms, the planet with all its ecological problems;
Any cause close to your heart, you can send love and light thanks to the second level of Reiki.
Your thoughts must stay positive in that moment, and you’ll learn how to do so.

There are many ways to help one or more people, or even yourself, by giving strength, love, courage, and self-esteem.
During the course, experiences, meditations and exchanges are shared.

Reiki 3 and Reiki Master happen on different dates.
You can express preference in taking only the first (if not interested in teaching) or both!

The decision of becoming a Reiki Master, therefore being able to teach, is an important one that not everyone takes.

Usui Reiki – 3rd Level of Reiki
Third Level Reiki as preparation for Usui Reiki Master.

The Third Level of Reiki includes the final Reiki attunement, and in the original or traditional Usui method, it provided all the instructions for attuning others to the various levels of Reiki.

Today, the 3rd Level Reiki course (without mastery) is a preparation for Reiki Mastership, that is, for teaching Reiki.

This path is related to Usui Reiki, very well known in the West, and still the most popular because of its ancient roots.
It is possible to attend a third level Reiki course that excludes the possibility of teaching.

It is recommended (but not necessary) to prepare to the Reiki Master through the 3rd Level of Reiki. In that case the arrangement will be discussed and payment plans will be made available.

The 3rd Reiki level course was originally split up to give everyone the opportunity to complete the Reiki path even if they don't intend to initiate or teach Reiki courses.

The third level and Master share with the individual the most important symbol left by Mikao Usui:

Dai-Komyo (大光明) - “ great shining light” or “luminous enlightment”

A Reiki Master doesn’t see the work as an ego-boost or personal merit; he or she is simply an energetic channel of universal energy, just like a first-level Reiki practitioner or even someone who has never practiced Reiki, as are all living beings.

Energy flows between the universe (Rei) and the physical body (Ki), like a river. In fact, a first level can be compared to a stream, a second level to a river, a third level to a great river, like the Nile in Egypt.

During the Reiki Level 3 course, you receive the attunement and learn to understand how energy influences people's lives and how a deficiency in universal life energy creates disease. You also learn how to run a Reiki seminar as preparation for becoming a Reiki Master.

I reiterate that this is the most popular and highly effective Usui Reiki path.

Becoming a REIKI MASTER is an important choice and the completion of a journey.

It is essential that a certain amount of time has passed since the 1st and 2nd Reiki levels.
It is not necessary for a long time to have passed since the 3rd Reiki level, as they were originally taken together.

This period cannot be a fixed amount; a conscientious Reiki teacher must be able to assess whether the aspirant is truly ready without judgment.

The mission of sharing Reiki, which is beneficial both to the individual and to humanity, is embraced and encouraged.

The usual exchanges are listed below:

Level 1: 150£ - 135£

Level 2: £250 - £175

Level 3: £400 - £330

Reiki Master, teaching level :£600 - £420

The reiki circle are usually on an open donation and the more frequent amount is £20-£10
