what is holistic medicine?
Holistic medicine means to consider all of the system: body, mind, heart, soul and environment; is often seen as the original medicine, with traditional medicine enveloping all of the Earth’s regions.
Chinese Traditional medicine, Reiki healing, Tibetan medicine, or Sowa Rigpa, traditional massages, herbology or herbalism, etc…
Something sounds familiar?
All of these methods were deeply respectful of the person’s process and involved balance with nature.
Being present in every country, you might have a deeper spiritual remembering of such practices or an instant recognition, even though you didn’t knowingly encounter this ancient wisdom.

Many other methods are considered holistic, including plant healings, quantum healing, shamanic healing and Reiki. The fundamental prerogative is the effort towards integrating every aspect of the person system, and all of these practices, when done properly, should do so.
Maybe you feel called to learn how to take care of yourself and others, or maybe you feel called in exploring what it means to heal more deeply than the surface level.
If you’re ready to dive deeper, you can find both sessions and trainings here at ISHA, and if what you’re looking for is not here, you’ll be referred to a safe expert for that practice.
As always, lots of love
